Managing Editor

Managing Editors propose a journal development plan for the Editor-in-Chief's approval, implement the approved plan, and prepare development reports for the Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board. They identify significant topics in the journal's research field, commission high-quality articles, pre-screen new submissions before forwarding them to Academic Editors for review, alert Academic Editors to potential author or reviewer misconduct, and draft brief news and research highlights. Managing Editors support Academic Editors, oversee assistant and production editors, and drive the advancement of the journal.
