Abstract

Cloud computing is a rapidly growing technology which is inevitable in the process of resource optimization. It is an internet based development in which virtual resources are provided as a service over the internet .The more number of users on the cloud, the greater will be the load. As the traffic is growing consistently, the load balancing is a major issue. If there are multiple requests at the same time from different users for resource utilization this creates a long queue on server. To avoid this, assign the task to all available machines and balance the system using efficient load balancing algorithms. There are various job scheduling algorithms available for balancing the load. This paper proposes a random load balancing approach where the focus is to allocate the request based on random allocation and minimum completion time.
