Abstract

The paper entitled computerization of Personnel Management System in State Transport Undertakings (STUs) .This system is going to maintain the details of recruitment, regularization, transfer, promotion of employee who are working in TNSTC. By computerizing, administrator can create, store, and maintain the employee records efficiently. Personnel Management System is a package developed to capture personal information of the employee. The existing data entry process is being enhanced to make the system flexible, efficient and produce output in a short span of time.The system has been developed using VISUAL BASIC .This paper analyzed the existing system, its drawback and various reports to be generated the system. After noting the need for improving the existing system , the paper work develops a new ,efficient and speedy system to replace the existing one.It also explains the system implementation and functions of the new system. The software includes the entire necessary feature for the information applied to the management.
