Abstract

The charging system for Two-way dual battery by be separately maintained by the microcontroller of means of tracked solar panels and dynamos. This system PIC16F877A.In the VANTER there are lot of sensors used like explains on a robotic platform VANTER(an autonomous temperature, voltage, humidity. In this, continuous video unmanned vehicle devoted to exploration tasks) by which the concept is fully based upon Smart Host Microcontroller. It presents the construction of solar tracking mechanism, which increases the rover’s power regardless. Thus when there is no solar power to charge the robot, the robot can proceed its operation by the energy from dynamos. The rover has an external secondary control by the user and the device used for controlling the rover is accelerometer. The accelerometer controls the rover’s path and it works according to the acceleration due to gravity. Thus the temperature and the humidity are been monitored so that when there is change in surrounding which affects the robot can be prevented. And the surroundings can be viewed by an external camera which is wireless so that it can also be viewed or monitored live. Hence the power control for ON and OFF is been made by setting the timing in the controller so that when the robot is out of time it automatically switch ON and OFF the robot automatically or it can be done by using the light sensors. When it is low it automatically switches OFF and when it has the power to charge the battery then the microcontroller will automatically switch ON the robot.
